The Gilboa pumped storage power plant presents a variety of unique challenges in system integration, communication, and logistics that have made this project the first of its kind in Israel. Electra Paz is responsible for the design, installation, testing, and approval process for the entire system. The site's tunnels and underground facilities made it an ideal candidate for the methodologies our team developed for the A1 Fast Train. This involved using an array of fiber optic lines, FM-200 systems, primary and secondary communication cables, and flame, smoke, and heat detectors, along with customized solutions created specifically for the Gilboa plant.
